\/\/ Load GIF\n                    gif.style.opacity = \"1\"; \/\/ Make it visible\n                    observer.unobserve(gif); \/\/ Stop observing after it loads\n                }\n            });\n        }, { threshold: 0.2 });\n\n        observer.observe(gif);\n    });\n<\/script>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si les fournisseurs canadiens de composants automobiles devaient <strong>d\u00e9m\u00e9nager<\/strong> aux \u00c9tats-Unis pour \u00e9viter les tarifs douaniers, ils devraient faire face \u00e0 :&nbsp;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50 \u00e0 200 millions de dollars de co\u00fbts de fermeture par usine.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des co\u00fbts de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre (31 %) et des co\u00fbts r\u00e9glementaires plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s aux \u00c9tats-Unis.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des d\u00e9lais de plusieurs ann\u00e9es pour la mise en place des op\u00e9rations aux \u00c9tats-Unis.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 le caract\u00e8re temporaire et politique des tarifs douaniers, la plupart des entreprises pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent absorber les co\u00fbts plut\u00f4t que de se relocaliser.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Remplacer les v\u00e9hicules construits au Canada&nbsp;<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que la pr\u00e9occupation principale soit le remplacement des composants automobiles canadiens, l\u2019assemblage complet d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule repr\u00e9sente un d\u00e9fi tout aussi important, voire plus grand encore. Le Canada exporte chaque ann\u00e9e environ 1,5 million de v\u00e9hicules enti\u00e8rement assembl\u00e9s vers les \u00c9tats-Unis, ce qui \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 8 \u00e0 10 % de la consommation int\u00e9rieure am\u00e9ricaine. Il faudrait construire au moins six nouvelles usines d\u2019assemblage aux \u00c9tats-Unis pour couvrir ce qu\u2019ils ach\u00e8tent normalement au Canada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le co\u00fbt des tarifs automobiles pour les consommateurs&nbsp;<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La construction de nouvelles usines ou l&#8217;agrandissement d&#8217;usines existantes aux \u00c9tats-Unis augmenterait le prix total d&#8217;un v\u00e9hicule de 3 500 \u00e0 9 000 dollars, ce qui aggraverait encore les d\u00e9fis d&#8217;abordabilit\u00e9.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#8217;annulation des contrats actuels avec les fournisseurs canadiens pourrait g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des frais de rupture allant jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 500 millions de dollars par installation, les co\u00fbts \u00e9tant probablement r\u00e9percut\u00e9s en partie ou en totalit\u00e9 sur les consommateurs am\u00e9ricains.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le Canada fournit 12 % du total des importations am\u00e9ricaines de composants automobiles, dont plusieurs sont essentiels \u00e0 l\u2019entretien et \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration. L&#8217;application d&#8217;un tarif douanier de 25 % repr\u00e9sente environ 4 milliards de dollars de co\u00fbts annuels suppl\u00e9mentaires transf\u00e9r\u00e9s tout au long de la cha\u00eene d&#8217;approvisionnement. Si la moiti\u00e9 de cette somme est redistribu\u00e9e aux consommateurs par le biais de la r\u00e9paration et de l&#8217;entretien, cela repr\u00e9sente une augmentation totale des d\u00e9penses d&#8217;environ 2 milliards de dollars.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#8217;augmentation des prix des voitures en raison des tarifs douaniers se traduit par des co\u00fbts de r\u00e9paration plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, ce qui ce qui entra\u00eene une hausse des primes&nbsp;d&#8217;assurance. Les tarifs douaniers sur l&#8217;acier et l&#8217;aluminium pourraient encore accro\u00eetre les co\u00fbts des r\u00e9clamations r\u00e9parables de 1 \u00e0 2 %.
