style=\"font-size:22px\">Au cours des trente derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, le Canada a fait des progr\u00e8s en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des femmes dans le monde des affaires, mais il reste encore beaucoup \u00e0 faire si nous voulons conna\u00eetre le m\u00eame succ\u00e8s que d\u2019autres pays et si nous voulons que les femmes parviennent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 au cours de ce si\u00e8cle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><em>Des avanc\u00e9es timides<\/em>, le nouveau rapport du Laboratoire de donn\u00e9es sur les entreprises, analyse les \u00e9carts importants de repr\u00e9sentation et de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration entre les hommes et les femmes dans les postes de direction, ainsi que les d\u00e9fis uniques auxquels sont confront\u00e9es les repr\u00e9sentation et de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des femmes dans les postes de direction et les conseils d\u2019administration des entreprises canadiennes.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:3px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Repr\u00e9sentation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">En mati\u00e8re de proportion de femmes cadres, le Canada est \u00e0 la tra\u00eene derri\u00e8re pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019ensemble des pays de l\u2019OCDE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" aient augment\u00e9 presque deux fois plus vite que ceux des hommes entre 1997 et 2023, les femmes occupant des postes de direction gagnent toujours moins que les hommes.
